Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SportzCal. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.

What we provide

SportzCal offers two products:

• Single Download ($2.99)— a one-time, one-team calendar file, converted to your chosen timezone, based on the schedule as it stands at the time of purchase. This is a snapshot: if the league changes a game's time afterward, this calendar will not update.
• SportzCal Season Pass ($19.99/year) — a subscription covering up to 3 teams, with a live calendar feed that stays current automatically all season, including finals-fixture detection where applicable.

Schedule accuracy

We source fixture data from official and reputable sports data providers and do our best to keep it accurate. Sports leagues sometimes confirm or change kickoff times, venues, or entire fixtures with little notice — we can't guarantee a schedule will never change after we've given it to you, but Season Pass subscribers get automatic updates when it does.

Season Pass team limits

A Season Pass covers up to 3 teams. You may remove a saved team and add a different one, but only once per subscription year — once a team's schedule has been downloaded or synced to your device, we have no way to remove those events from your personal calendar, so swapping doesn't undo value already delivered. If you need an exception, contact support and we'll review it individually.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us (particularly your timezone — we convert schedules based on what you tell us).

Liability

SportzCal is a scheduling convenience tool. We're not liable for missed events, subscription costs to third-party streaming or broadcast services, or any other loss arising from a schedule change, data error, or service interruption. Always double-check an important fixture against an official source if it genuinely matters.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SportzCal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
